  • Financial Data: Payment info (processed securely via Shopify Payments).
  • Internet/Electronic Activity: Cookie data and interactions with our website.
  • Sensitive Personal Information: Account login credentials for digital downloads.

  • Purpose: We use your data to fulfill orders, process payments, and improve our games.
  • Retention: We retain personal information for as long as necessary to provide services and comply with legal obligations (typically 7 years for tax and audit purposes).

5. DATA BREACH NOTIFICATIONS (FIPA COMPLIANCE)

Pursuant to Fla. Stat. § 501.171, we will notify you of any unauthorized access to your unencrypted personal information as expeditiously as possible, and no later than 30 days after discovery.
