Refund Policy

We hope that you will be happy with all physical products purchased from the Thrive Together Group LLC, however, if you are not, you have the right to change your mind and cancel the Transaction at any time before shipment and within 7 days after shipment (beginning on the day after you receive the products (Cooling-Off Period)).
Should you wish to do this, please contact us at hello@thrivetogethergroup.com to process a cancellation or return, and, provided that you follow the return methods we provide to you, you will receive a refund of the price paid minus handling & shipping for the physical Products together with the costs of return, which you will receive at the time indicated by us at the time of your cancellation.
If you are outside the Cooling-Off Period, we may still allow you to cancel the Transaction, at our discretion. Please contact us at hello@thrivetogethergroup.com in order to confirm what options are available to you.
For digital products all sells are final. Due to the nature of digital products once you receive the digital product the sell is final. If you have an issue with receiving the digital product, please contact us at hello@thrivetogethergroup.com.
In all return situations, we may require you to send us proof of your original purchase together with proof of returning the products to us before we are able to process your refund. You understand that any delay in providing us with evidence we have requested may delay the processing of your refund. We will usually refund any money received from you by using the same method originally used by you to pay for your purchase. Nothing in these conditions is intended to limit any rights you might have as a consumer under applicable local law.
